How to Make Easy Baked Chicken Taquitos
- Season your chicken breasts and cook them up on the stovetop. Orrrrr… take a shortcut and use already cooked rotisserie chicken.

- Warm tortillas until pliable and them spritz them with cooking spray. Scoop your saucy chicken into them add cheese, and roll. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until they’re golden brown. Devour!

- 1 jar Simmer Sauce See notes
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 count Small Corn Tortillas
- Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Cooking Spray
Instructions

I usually use this one from Kroger. Other grocery stores usually have a similar option! Hope that helps. 🙂
