- 1 jar Simmer Sauce See notes
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 count Small Corn Tortillas
- Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Cooking Spray
Season your chicken breasts and cook them up on the stovetop. Orrrrr... take a shortcut and use already cooked rotisserie chicken.
