Korean BBQ Cauliflower
I’ll admit, I’ve never had authentic Korean BBQ before. But I have now had Korean BBQ cauliflower and my life has been forever changed. By now, I think everyone knows that cauliflower is one of those sleeper veggies – sure, people are using it for cauliflower pizza crust and cauliflower rice. But I don’t think many people recognize how versatile and downright bangin’ cauliflower is in its own right. Especially when you season it up with a Korean BBQ spice blend.
First Things First – What Is Korean BBQ?
Korean BBQ has been winning hearts and tantalizing taste buds all around the world. This vibrant, sizzling, and delicious cuisine has moved from the bustling streets of Seoul to trendy restaurants in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and beyond. But what makes Korean BBQ so special? It’s the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and smoky flavors that creates a masterpiece in your mouth.
Admittedly, I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ joint – I know it’s probably incredible and I’m looking forward to trying it! But in the meantime, I’m currently in love with this Korean BBQ cauliflower. 🔥
